Our monthly education meetings provide CEUs for Nursing Professionals, Social Workers, CCMs, CRCs, CDMs, and Home Health Administrators.

New Website Features
We have added a “Job Posting” tab, this is where employers can send us any case management related jobs that they would like posted. We have also separated the previous “Education/Events” tab on the navigation menu into two tabs: “Monthly Meetings” for the monthly meeting, education committee and sponsorship information and a separate “Events” tab for other events that are going on in the community.
