Committee Description of Duties

Scheduling & Education

The Scheduling and Education Committee is responsible for retaining educational speakers for both the monthly presentations and the annual conference. The committee also coordinates and confirms location for monthly meetings. The committee may be lead by a single chair or co-chairs.

.*CEU credits are available for CCM, CDMS, CRC, Nursing, Social Workers, and Nursing Home Administrators.

Newsletter

The Newsletter Committee is responsible for gathering content for the monthly newsletter and coordinating distribution to ACMA members. The committee submits content to the Board of Directors for final approval. The committee may be lead by a single chair or co-chairs.

Membership

TThe Membership Committee attends monthly meetings and is responsible for gathering information from current and new members. The committee also provides renewal information and member profile updates to the newsletter committee. The Membership Committee organizes and distributes the Membership Roster. To ensure growth of the Austin Case Management Association, the Membership Committee also organizes recruitment efforts throughout the year. The committee may be lead by a single chair or co-chairs.
